If you plan to buy an item for a certain occasion or as a holiday gift, we recommend you order it at least one month in advance to ensure that it will arrive on time. FPN is not responsible for items that do not arrive before a specified day.

Don’t worry! All orders from our partners are protected by the shipping warranty at no cost to you. If it has been 45 days since you placed your order and you have not received it, please contact us, and we can issue a refund, resend the item, or issue you store credit.

We’re all humans, so of course, we understand that mistakes happen. Just send our friendly customer service team an email at within 24 hours of placing your order with the following information:

If there has been an extended period of time since your last order update, there is a chance that it is being held at customs, which is out of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot make requests to the government or shipping companies to ask for package expedition.

However, if you have any questions about address changing, mail forwarding, or if your item is mistakenly listed as “delivered,” please contact your local post office.

Shipping normally takes around 7-20 business days. If you are checking the tracking of your package and you see that your package has not been updated for a couple of days, no worries! If it is still in the seven to 20 business day time frame, it means that your package is still in transit and once it reaches its destination country, you should be getting further updates on the whereabouts of your package.
